Oak Staircase
An existing client was constructing two new build properties in their grounds and needed a wow factor stair for each. Familiar with the floating Oak Staircase (having installed one in their own home) two more were purchased for their developments.
Large Hallway
The stair provided access to a bridge running across a large double storey void in the centre of the room. A very light and open setting which was enhanced by our floating oak staircase.

Landing Balustrade
Landing Balustrade was required across the bridge and in order to increase the passage of light as much as possible, glass panels were used here instead of matching stainless spindles. The handrail and newels were oak to match the staircase.
Technical
This oak staircase was in a quarter turn shape turning within its own width at the bottom. It was constructed in solid Oak with brushed stainless steel spindles to one side. The riser gap was reduced by small oak mini riser pieces to ensure compliance. The wall stringer was factory painted white to blend into the wall.
