Floating Oak Staircase
A local customer was involved in a large renovation project where he was doubling the size of his existing dwelling. The new plans showed a huge entrance hall and he contacted us about us providing a new floating oak staircase.
Half Turn Staircase
The staircase formed a half turn hugging the walls alongside. These were designed out of square so the stair was made accordingly. It was formed with Oak treads and handrail with a white wall stringer to further enhance the floating feel of the staircase.

Twisting Curved Handrail
A spectacular feature to this floating oak staircase was the curved handrail which snaked down the inner turn of the staircase. Not only did it look great but was also lovely to use. It was supplied in three pieces which were slotted together on site.
Stainless Steel Spindles
13mm brushed Stainless steel were selected for the inner turn of the staircase which spanned from the treads to the handrail. To allow a little extra light, our client switched to glass infill panels on the landing balustrade we supplied.
